aLeaf Supports Pride | Pride 2022 Giveaway Sweepstakes Details

TLDR: To celebrate PRIDE the aLeaf way, aLeaf Glass has decided to give away swag bags to the community at no cost. Included inside the swag bags is a brightly colored piece of paper describing the giveaway sweepstakes details. Additionally, a QR code is printed on every insert so that individuals, who choose to take part of the sweepstakes of their own volition, can do so with ease. Accepting a swag bag holds no conditions.

1. Eligibility
The aLeaf Pride 2022 Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the continental United States who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. Sponsor
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by aLeaf Glass located at 305 E 4th St. Los Angeles, CA 90013.

3. Agreement to Official Rules
Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.

4. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on June 9, 2022 at 10:00am Pacific and ends on July 4, 2022 at 10:00am Pacific (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries that are submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified. Submissions will be accepted for the duration of the Sweepstakes using only the following methods:

Online: Snap and share a picture of your day at a Pride event and tag @aleafglass and use hashtag #ilovealeaf2022. Follow aLeaf's instagram account (@aleafglass). If you have any issues, please reach out to info@aleafglass.com with the subject line: Pride 2022 GIVEAWAY.

No limits for entries. The more the merrier, fam. 

6. Prize Drawing
On or about July 4, 2022, the Sponsor will select potential winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner via Instagram on or about July 4, 2022. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days after the date of the first attempt to contact him/her/them, the Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner in his/her/their place at random from the remaining non-winning, eligible entries.

7. Winner Notification
The potential winners will be notified by email, mail or phone. Each potential winner will be required to complete, electronically sign and submit a Declaration of Compliance within five (5) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim his/her/their prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to submit the Declaration of Compliance within the required time period (if applicable), or prize is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits the prize. Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded. Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 8-10 weeks after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes or sooner if time permits.

8. Prizes
Prize is not transferable. Prize is a shipped aLeaf Pride Beaker as shown on site. Acceptance of the prize grants aLeaf permission to use the winner’s entry, name, and likeness for advertising, promotion, and trade without further compensation or remuneration unless prohibited by law.
