Return Policy

Due to the nature of what we sell we do not generally accept returns. However, if you do have an issue with a product that you purchased from our website at aleafglass.com, please email us at info@aleafglass.com with your issue and order number.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your item has been used, no matter how lightly, please DON'T return it to us. Even if you've cleaned it thoroughly. It's illegal to ship items with drug residue.
The only circumstances in which we will accept a return is if you received the wrong item or if your item is broken or damaged.

Broken or damaged product:


Please follow the steps below in the event you received a broken or damaged item so we can fix this for you:

  1. Take a picture of the broken item (or what's left of it) within 5 days of delivery
  2. Send the picture to info@aleafglass.com along with your order # or proof of purchase and a brief message of what happened
  3. Once our Quality Control team confirms they have all the info they need, they will reach out to send a replacement to you

If the item was not purchased directly from our website, we are unable to replace items for you. We do not have control over how the product gets handled once it leaves our facility. If you have a concern about a product purchased from an authorized retailer, please email us at info@aleafglass.com so we can investigate this. Send us your receipt, store name and address and brief description of the issue via email.
